Unique Structural Design

The Bio-Flex Line sleep systems have two components: the anatomically designed organic mattress follows the body's curvature precisely, while the double sprung slatted base provides perfect support for the spine. This unique structural design offers an ideal position for the body to rest, leaving you full of energy in the morning.

Dynamic Spinal Support

Sprung slatted bases are designed to work in perfect concert with our line of organic mattresses. The individual slats are capable of simultaneous vertical and torsional movement, which promotes the relaxation of the muscles supporting the spine.

This versatility is further enhanced by the adjustable firmness. This is achieved by moving the special cold foam/natural latex blocks in the sprung slatted base at twenty different points.

Maximum Joint Protection

Organic mattresses of the Bio-Flex Line sleep system range are built of natural rubber latex and are covered with skin-friendly materials, providing enhanced comfort and sleep experience. By adjusting the firmness at the sprung slatted base the formation of high pressure points can be eliminated in all sleeping positions. Joints are better protected which reduces the need to turn during sleep because of discomfort.

Metal-free beds

The Bio-Flex Line range does not contain any metal; base materials are steamed and compacted beech wood, cold foam, organic latex and cotton. The sleep system does not collect and intensify electric and electromagnetic waves found in the modern living environment and therefore provides a healthier sleep, free from electro-stress.

  • Bio-Flex double sprung slats provide a uniquely dynamic spinal support: weight distribution is even in all sleeping positions while the mattress closely follows the bodyline. The outstanding flexibility and durability is achieved by using high quality, solid steamed beech.
  • The sleep system comprises of the mattress and the slatted bed base. Both of these units benefit from a number of inventive solutions to offer unparalleled anatomic comfort. The flexible cold foam blocks between the sets of slacks permit torsional as well as rotational movements and also enable the user to adjust the firmness of the bed in 20 different zones along the body. The sleep system can be personalized in a few minutes.
  • A further novelty is the ribbed slat surface. These form small air channels under the mattress and, as the body moves, promote ventilation.
